Steve comes to BRC with more than 19 years of entrepreneurial leadership. He founded Premises Personal Warehouses in 1999, and pioneered the development and sale of large, multipurpose condominiums and personal warehouses to high net worth individuals and small to medium sized businesses. He has since expanded the concept and market to a nationwide presence and industry leader. Steve has the unique ability to recognize opportunities and exploit niche markets to create successful new start-ups/joint ventures, and expand concept nationwide.
