BRC’s property management division was originally formed in 1999 under the name MVP by Vicki Peppers. In 2008, Peppers joined BRC, bringing her book of business and years of experience, in order to fully incorporate the real estate services we offer. Our property management team handles Home Owners Associations, apartment communities, single family homes and commercial properties. With over 30 years in the property management business we’ve acquired the skills to provide professional property management solutions to a variety of communities.
