We have successfully educated lenders and customers by showing them how to mitigate risks when purchasing and operating a fuel and convenience store with known contamination issues and ongoing remediation.

Valuation:
The retail fuel and convenience industry values assets differently than most other businesses. Many factors impact a valuation, including but not limited to: age and condition of the facility, environmental issues, competition, etcetera. Having been involved with the disposition of hundreds of assets, we can provide clients with an accurate understanding of what their facility is worth, as well as what they should pay to acquire a particular asset.

Financials:
Our industry expertise allows us to quickly evaluate operator financials and provide feedback to our clients regarding strengths and weaknesses in operations and whether or not the financials accurately reflect the market value of a particular opportunity.
